O2 Agency Solutions ApS is a fully licensed agency in Copenhagen offering its service platform to companies, underwriters and insurance intermediaries with an interest in marketing insurance products into the EU area on a cross border basis.

O2 Agency is a Lloyd´s approved Coverholder, which allows us to act on behalf of a Lloyd´s syndicate, in compliance with the terms of a binding authority in place.

In connection with the full implementation of Brexit, we have been able to support existing UK-based agents with the need for compliant agency services, and we will continue to service our partners with the need to service their portfolios in the EU.

In corporation with O2 Broking A/S, we are able to source (re-)insurance capacity and administrate the ongoing business in a compliant format to secure high level of services to end clients and low administrative costs for our clients.
